WordPress is widely used platform for website. More than 25% of the existing websites are created with WordPress and it is increasing. It has started in 2003 to enhance the blogging experience. Install WordPress on Hosting
Depending on Your Hosting provider, you may have one click WordPress installer or you might have to use the files, which you can download from wordpress.org.
One click WordPress installer takes care of creating database and database user as well. But if you are doing it all manually you will have to create a database and assign a user for it, and use those credentials when prompt.
Customize your Website!
Once you complete all the process of installing WordPress you can then check you WordPress dashboard. Yourdomain/wp-admin.
From there you can change the theme from Appearance > Themes section and add plugins from Plugins section. Most important add blog posts from Post section on left sidebar.
You will get three default themes from wordpress.org while downloading the WordPress Package. You can switch between given three themes or you can add new themes and change the look and feel of the site, without losing any of the data.
